Board and Train and Daytrain Programs

Why Choose a Board and Train Program?

A Board and Train program offers a great solution for dog owners who feel overwhelmed by training tasks, lack the time for consistent repetition, or need help addressing specific behavior issues. For others, it’s a convenient option that aligns with travel or busy schedules, allowing them to return to a dog with more established behaviors, ready to build on progress.

During a Board and Train, your dog will engage in a daily routine, focusing on foundation skills, developing focus, engagement, and motivation. As these skills are established, your dog will then work through various distractions in different environments, helping to generalize their training.

Each program is tailored to your specific goals, beginning with a thorough consultation.

How Long Are Board and Train Programs?

Our programs typically range from 2 to 4 weeks, depending on your goals. In some specific cases, whether it be for behavioral reasons or for specialized skills programs may range longer. Longer programs are discussed on an individual basis.

  • 2-Week Program: Focuses on on-leash obedience skills, perfect for establishing a strong foundation. Many clients choose to extend for another two weeks, as most dogs are not on-leash all the time. $2300

  • 4-Week Program: Builds both on-leash and off-leash skills. Your dog will practice in a variety of environments and under various distractions to ensure consistent, reliable behavior. $3650

Your dog’s training will include essential obedience skills like:

The Owner’s Role in the Process

Training your dog is only part of the equation. We believe it’s just as important to train the owner. Our follow-up lessons ensure that you understand how to communicate clearly, handle your dog effectively, and maintain consistency in your training at home.

In your follow-up lessons, you’ll work hands-on with your trainer to learn how to manage, motivate, and influence your dog’s behavior.

We’re committed to your success. In addition to in-person lessons, we provide video tutorials to help reinforce skills at home. We know that it’s easy to forget some details after a session, so we offer multiple ways for you to continue learning alongside your dog.

Our email and phone support are available for the lifetime of your dog, covering any training topics discussed during the Board and Train.
