All programs begin with a consultation.
CONSULTATION
A consultation is the initial step for any private lesson package. This appointment allows your trainer to meet with you, discuss goals, assess your dog’s personality, drives, motivations and establish a training plan. Consultations begin at $125 (distance may increase mileage charge.) Consultation fees will be credited into the purchase of any package or services ( excluding Single Lessons.)
Prior to the consult, you will be sent a service request form asking a few questions to better prepare for our first appointment
Consultations are approximately 1 hr and 20 min.
In-Home Private Lessons
Private Lessons can be customized to a variety of goals including:
Puppy Early learning (manners, potty training, crate training, imprinting, socialization, exposure, and foundations of obedience)
Obedience
Manners
Remote collar/ ecollar conditioning and training
Reactivity
Soft Mouth Retrieval
Nosework
Tracking
Behavior Modification

Private lessons can be purchased individually, however most clients will benefit from dedicating to a package. If you are returning client of Jon’s, contact Jon for a quote!
Pricing can vary based upon mileage. (Pricing based on 25 mile radius. 10 miles and under will be subject to discount. )

Puppy Training Party/Mini class
Have friends or neighbors with young dogs needing to learn manners and foundation skills? You may want to set up a multi dog mini-class. If you have the space, we can discuss how to split costs among the class members.
This does not apply to aggression, or established reactivity, and is mainly aimed at young behaviorally sound dogs needing basics!

VIRTUAL CONSULTATION
Virtual Consultations can be useful for advising on a variety of issues. Behaviors like developing an out, improving play, interrupting behaviors like mouthing, jumping, potty training advice or other puppy behaviors.

We are currently referring all Boarding and Daycare inquiries to Country Tails Boarding. Jon has had the pleasure of working with Julia and James (Owners/Operators) for many years. Julia was the General Manager of Kennel Club USA for close to a decade, and James was the Daycamp Manager at Kennel Club USA for the last 5 years.
